Himalayan Goji Juice:
Goji Secrets They Don't Want Us to Tell You

Action Steps

If you feel you have been misled by claims by FreeLife or its distributors, you are not alone.

Aside from issues discussed on this website, people say that health benefits were promised (and not attained), or that research was misrepresented.

If you have not yet done so, please watch the CBC expose on Himalayan Goji Juice. This show may give you a whole new perspective on FreeLife's multi-level marketing.

Also visit goji.worldwidewarning.net to see if any issues relate to yours.

Here is what you can do if you feel that any health product company has misrepresented its product to you:

1. Demand a refund. Be sure to explain precisely what the problem was.

(In a situation involving FreeLife, even if you are past their "empty bottle" return policy, we have every faith that they will make things right with you if you have a reasonable situation where a mistake was made by one of their distributors. If your distributor can't help you, ask to have your request escalated higher up in the company.)

2. If you paid a company with your credit card, you can file a complaint with your credit card company. Just call the number on your card.

3. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. You'll need the company name and address.

(In a situation involving FreeLife: FreeLife International, Inc., 333 Quarry Rd., Milford, CT 06460.)

4. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). You'll need the company name and address.

(In a case involving FreeLife: FreeLife International, Inc., 333 Quarry Rd., Milford, CT 06460. Note: Currently FreeLife does have a satisfactory record with the BBB. All complaints received have been resolved to the customer's satisfaction or are administratively closed by the BBB.)

5. If you ordered a product through the mail, you can also file a complaint with the U.S. Postal Service.

Pass it on:

Please tell you friends about our site here at breathe.org. Please especially mention breathe.org to FreeLife distributors you may know. They have a right to know this information about the products they are selling.

Tell us YOUR story! If you've experienced any problem with FreeLife or any other health product company, please carefully write out your story and send it to us.
